MBI Spring Semester Course: Analysis of High Content and High Throughput Data for Neuroscience

This is a series of lectures on "Analysis of High Content and High Throughput Data for Neuroscience". Specifically, we will discuss tools like the Allen Brain Atlas (http://www.brain-map.org/) and the Allen Gene Expression Atlas (http://mouse.brain-map.org/agea) and include papers that explore the mining and processing of these data.
A typical starting paper could be http://www.nature.com/neuro/journal/v12/n3/abs/nn.2281.html and we will examine more sophisticated ones.
Meeting schedule: 10:20am - 11:10am
Location: Jennings Hall Room 355
Dates: Jan 7, 8, 14, 15, 22, 28, 29 and Feb 11, 12 (These are all Mondays and Tuesdays)
